Provincial Parks The Ottawa Valley is home to a variety of beautiful provincial parks, with a pace that'll slow you down. We also offer several access points to our neighbour, the world-famous, Algonquin Park, the largest provincial park in Ontario.
In the spring of 2006, the County of Renfrew identified the need to develop a Trails Strategy to gauge the public interest in trails, trails-oriented activities and enhancing existing trails and providing trail opportunities that previously did not exist and thereby improving the social and economic well being of the residents of the County of Renfrew.
